मुंबई - बॉलिवूडचा खिलाडी अक्षय कुमार आणि परिणीती चोप्रा यांचा 'केसरी' चित्रपट प्रदर्शनाच्या वाटेवर आहे. अक्षय आणि परिणीती दोघेही सध्या या चित्रपटाच्या प्रमोशनमध्ये व्यस्त आहेत. अलिकडेच त्यांनी दिल्ली येथे हजेरी लावली होती. येथे त्यांनी बीएसएफ जवानांची भेट घेतली.

अक्षय कुमारच्या 'केसरी' चित्रपटाची प्रेक्षकांना दिर्घ काळापासून प्रतिक्षा आहे. या चित्रपटातील गाणीही प्रेक्षकांच्या पसंतीस उतरत आहेत. १८९७ साली झालेल्या सारागढीच्या लढाईवर हा चित्रपट आधारित आहे. या लढाईत २१ शीख सैनिकांनी तब्बल १० हजार अफगान्यांचा सामना केला होता. या चित्रपटाचे दिग्दर्शन अनुराग सिंह यांनी केले आहे. तर, निर्मिती करण जोहर, अरुणा भाटिया, अपूर्वा मेहता आणि सुनिल क्षेत्रपाल यांनी केली आहे. २१ मार्चला हा चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येणार आहे.
