शिमला (हिमाचल प्रदेश) - रविवारी हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभेच्या मुख्य गेटवर आणि भिंतींवर 'खलिस्तान' झेंडे बांधलेले आढळल्यानंतर काही तासांनंतर, राज्य पोलिसांनी आंतरराज्य सीमा सील करण्याचे आदेश जारी केले. धर्मशाला येथील राज्य विधानसभा संकुलाच्या गेटवर खलिस्तानी झेंडे लावल्यानंतर हिमाचल प्रदेश पोलिसांनी शीख फॉर जस्टिसचे नेते गुरपतवंत सिंग पन्नून यांच्यावर दहशतवादविरोधी कायदा (UAPA0अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल केला आणि राज्याच्या सीमा सील केल्या आहेत. ( Khalistani flags Himachal Assembly Gate ) हिमाचल प्रदेशचे पोलीस प्रमुख संजय कुंडू यांनी राज्यातील खलिस्तान समर्थक कारवाया आणि बंदी घातलेल्या संघटनेने 6 जून रोजी खलिस्तान सार्वमत दिनाची घोषणा केल्यामुळे राज्याच्या सीमा सील करण्याचे आणि राज्यव्यापी सुरक्षा वाढवण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.

हिमाचल प्रदेशातील धर्मशाळेत रविवारी विधानसभेच्या गेटवर खलिस्तानी झेंडे लटकलेले आढळले. पोलिसांनी सिख फॉर जस्टिसचे नेते गुरपतवंत सिंग पन्नू यांच्याविरोधात दहशतवादविरोधी कायद्याअंतर्गत (यूएपीए) गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. पोलिसांनी सांगितले की, सीमा सील केल्याचा अर्थ डोंगराळ राज्यात प्रवेश करणारी वाहने आणि लोकांची कडक तपासणी केली जाईल. हिमाचल प्रदेशचे पोलिस महासंचालक कुंडू यांनी सांगितले की, ( HP Assembly ) पन्नूवर बेकायदेशीर क्रियाकलाप प्रतिबंधक कायद्याच्या कलम 13 आणि भारतीय दंड संहितेच्या कलम 153A आणि 153B अंतर्गत मुख्य आरोपी म्हणून गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे, तसेच HP ओपन प्लेसेस (विटंबना प्रतिबंधक) कलम 3 व्यतिरिक्त. नोंद झाली आहे.
तर UAPA चे कलम 13 दहशतवादाच्या कृत्यांना प्रोत्साहन देणे किंवा प्रोत्साहन देणे या गुन्ह्याशी संबंधित आहे. IPC च्या कलम 153A आणि 153B जातीय किंवा सांप्रदायिक विभाजन आणि शत्रुत्वाला प्रोत्साहन देण्याच्या गुन्ह्यांशी संबंधित आहेत. कांगडा जिल्ह्यातील धर्मशाला तहसील अंतर्गत कानेड गावातील राम चंद उर्फ अजय कुमार यांच्या तक्रारीवरून पन्नू आणि इतरांविरुद्ध एफआयआर नोंदवण्यात आल्याचे कुंडू यांनी सांगितले. एका निवेदनात डीजीपी म्हणाले की, गुरपतवंत सिंग पन्नू याला या प्रकरणात मुख्य आरोपी करण्यात आले आहे. धर्मशाला पोलिस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
