नवी दिल्ली - दिल्लीमधील धान्य बाजार येथील एका कंपनीला लागलेल्या आगीप्रकरणी इमारतीचा मालक रेहान, प्रबंधक फुरकान आणि सह-मालक मोहम्मद सोहेल यांना दिल्ली न्यायालयाने 4 जानेवरीपर्यंत न्यायालयीन कोठडी सुनावली आहे.

धान्य बाजारामध्ये लागलेल्या आगीत सापडून तब्बल ४३ जणांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. इमारतीच्या मालकाविरोधात भारतीय दंडविधानाच्या कलम ३०४ नुसार गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. इमारतीमध्ये कारखाना बेकायदेशीरपणे सुरू होता. त्यासाठी संबधित अधिकाऱ्यांची मंजुरी घेतली नव्हती, असे न्यायालयाने सांगितले आहे. राणी झांसी रोडवरील अनाज मंडी येथील फॅक्ट्रीला रविवारी सकाळी शॉर्ट सर्किटमुळे आग लागली होती. आगीतून तब्बल 50 जणांना सुरक्षित बाहेर काढण्यात आले होते. या आगीत 43 जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. मृतांमध्ये कामगारांचा समावेश होता.
