भिवंडी इमारत दुर्घटना : राष्ट्रपतींसह पंतप्रधान मोदींनी केले दुःख व्यक्त

भिवंडी धामणकर नाका परिसरात असलेल्या पटेल कंपाउंडमधील जिलानी नामक ३ मजली इमारतीचा अर्धा भाग सोमवारी पहाटेच्या सुमारास अचानक कोसळला. या इमारतीत एकूण ५४ सदनिका होत्या, यापैकी 21 सदनिका पत्ताच्या बंगल्याप्रमाणे कोसळल्या आणि यात आतापर्यंत १० जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. तर ७ गंभीर जखमी असून त्यांच्यावर रुग्णालयात उपचार आहेत. या घटनेबाबत राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद आणि पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी ट्विट करत दु:ख व्यक्त केले आहे.

भिवंडीमध्ये इमारत दुर्घटनेत जी जीवितहानी झाली ती वेदनादायी आहे, अशा शब्दात राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी दु:ख व्यक्त केले आहे. तसेच त्यांनी जखमी झालेले लवकरात लवकर बरे होवोत, अशी प्रार्थना केली आहे.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनीही या दुर्घटनेवर दुःख व्यक्त करत त्यातील मृतांच्या कुटुंबियांचे सांत्वन करणारे ट्विट केले आहे. जखमी झालेले लवकर बरे व्हावे, अशी प्रार्थनाही त्यांनी केली आहे. तसेच त्यांनी पीडितांसाठी सर्व मदत केली जात असल्याचे म्हटलं आहे.

दरम्यान, जिलानी इमारतीत एकूण ५४ सदनिका होत्या, यापैकी २१ सदनिका पत्ताच्या बंगल्याप्रमाणे कोसळल्या आणि यात आतापर्यंत १० जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. तर ७ गंभीर जखमी असून त्यांच्यावर रुग्णालयात उपचार आहेत. मृतांमध्ये ५ लहान बालकांचा समावेश आहे.
