लॉकडाउन काळामध्ये परदेशात अडकलेल्या भारतीय विद्यार्थी, पर्यटक, व्यावसायिक आणि इतरांना भारतात आणण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकारने 'वंदे भारत' मोहिम आखली होती.

वंदे भारत मोहिमेअंतर्गत 870 चार्टर्ड विमानांमधून 2 लाख प्रवाशी भारतात दाखल

नवी दिल्ली - नागरी उड्डाण संचालनालयाने (डीजीसीए) सांगितलेल्या माहितीनुसार 'वंदे भारत' मोहिमेअंतर्गत 870 चार्टर्ड विमानांमधून 2 लाख भारतीय प्रवाशांना भारतामध्ये आणण्यात आले. लॉकडाउन काळामध्ये परदेशात अडकलेल्या भारतीय विद्यार्थी, पर्यटक, व्यावसायिक आणि इतरांना भारतात आणण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकारने 'वंदे भारत' मोहिम आखली होती. या मोहिमे अंतर्गत तब्बल २ लाख भारतीय मायदेशी परतले आहेत.

In addition to facilitating the Vande Bharat Mission, DGCA granted permission to around 870 chartered flights, transporting around 2 lakh passengers, both inbound & outbound. Several Airlines helped in the humanitarian mission of taking stranded people to their destinations.

डीजीसीएने सोमवारी ट्वीटर खात्यावरून विविध उड्डानासंबंधी माहिती दिली. कतार एअरवेज-81, केएलएम डच-68, कुवेत एअर- 41, ब्रिटीश एअरवेज-39, फ्लाय दुबई-38, एअर फ्रान्स-32, जझिरा-30, एअर अरेबिया-20, गल्फ एअर-19, श्रीलंकन-19, बिमान बंगलादेश-15, कोरियन एअर-14, सौदिया-13, एअर निप्पोन-12 या महत्त्वाच्या विमानांचा या मोहिमेमध्ये सहभाग होता.
