പോര്‍ട്ട് ഓഫ് സ്‌പെയിന്‍ : വെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ഡീസ് (West Indies) - ഇന്ത്യ (India) ടെസ്റ്റ് പരമ്പരയിലെ രണ്ടാം മത്സരം സമനിലയില്‍. മഴയെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് അഞ്ചാം ദിവസം ഒരു പന്ത് പോലും എറിയാന്‍ സാധിക്കാതെ വന്നതോടെയാണ് മത്സരം സമനിലയില്‍ കലാശിച്ചത്. എങ്കിലും 1-0ന് പരമ്പര ഇന്ത്യ സ്വന്തമാക്കി.
പക്ഷേ ടെസ്റ്റ് റാങ്കിങ്ങിലെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നിലവില്‍ തുലാസിലാണ്. ആഷസ് (Ashes) പരമ്പരയിലെ അവസാന മത്സരത്തില്‍ ഇംഗ്ലണ്ട് (England) ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയെ (Australia) തോല്‍പ്പിച്ചാല്‍ മാത്രമേ നിലവിലെ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ഇന്ത്യയ്‌ക്ക് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നിലനിര്‍ത്താന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ. ലണ്ടനിലെ കെന്നിങ്‌ടണില്‍ ജൂലൈ 27നാണ് ഈ മത്സരം.
