എറണാകുളം: 1983ല്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി മെഗാഹിറ്റായി മാറിയ തമിഴ് ചിത്രം മുന്താനൈ മുടിച്ച് എന്ന സിനിമക്ക് 37 വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം റിമേക്ക് വരികയാണ്. സംവിധായകനും നടനുമായ ഭാഗ്യരാജായിരുന്നു അന്ന് മുന്താനൈ മുടിച്ച് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് കേന്ദ്രകഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. നടി ഉര്‍വശിയായിരുന്നു ഭാഗ്യരാജിന്‍റെ നായിക. സിനിമക്ക് റിമേക്ക് വരുമ്പോള്‍ തിരക്കഥയും സംഭാഷണവും ഒരുക്കി ഭാഗ്യരാജും ഭാഗമാകുന്നുണ്ട്. നടനും സംവിധായകനുമായ ശശികുമാറും ചിത്രത്തിന്‍റെ റീമേക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ക്കായി ഭാഗ്യരാജിനൊപ്പമുണ്ട്. ആരാണ് ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയെന്നതില്‍ ഇതുവരെ വ്യക്തത വന്നിട്ടില്ല. സിനിമയില്‍ നായിക വേഷത്തിലെത്തുന്നത് ഐശ്വര്യ രാജേഷാണ്. സിനിമയുടെ ഭാഗമാകാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നതില്‍ സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്ന് നടി ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ കുറിച്ചു. സിനിമക്ക് റീമേക്ക് വരുന്നുവെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചുള്ള പോസ്റ്റര്‍ നടന്‍ ശശികുമാറും ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ പങ്കുവെച്ചു. ജെഎസ്ബി ഫിലിം സ്റ്റുഡിയോസിന്‍റെ ബാനറിൽ ജെഎസ്ബി സതീഷാണ് റീമേക്ക് നിർമിക്കുന്നത്. ചിത്രം 2021ല്‍ റിലീസിനെത്തുമെന്നാണ് വിവരം. 1983 ജൂലൈ 22ന് എവിഎം പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻസിന്‍റെ ബാനറിൽ റിലീസ് ചെയ്ത മുന്താനൈ മുടിച്ച് ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ പുതിതായി വരുന്ന അധ്യാപകൻ തന്നെ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്ന് വ്യാജമായി ആരോപിച്ച്, അവളെ കല്യാണം കഴിക്കാൻ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയെ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചുള്ള കഥയാണ് പറയുന്നത്.
