ബുംല പാസ് സന്ദർശനം; സൈനികരെ അഭിനന്ദിച്ച് പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി

നിയന്ത്രണ രേഖയിൽ ഇരുരാജ്യങ്ങളിലേയും സൈനികർ അതീവ പക്വതയോടെയാണ് പെരുമാറുന്നതെന്ന് രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ്

ഇറ്റാനഗർ: അതിർത്തി വിഷയത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യക്കും ചൈനക്കുമിടയിൽ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾ നിലനിൽക്കുമ്പോഴും ഇരുരാജ്യങ്ങളിലേയും സൈനികർക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണ രേഖയിൽ വിവേകപൂർവം പെരുമാറാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ്. ബുംല പാസിന് സമീപത്തെ ഇന്ത്യ-ചൈന അതിർത്തിയിൽ സംഘർഷങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെയില്ലെന്ന് പക്വതയോടെ പെരുമാറിയ ഇന്ത്യൻ സൈന്യത്തെ അഭിനന്ദിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

പരംവീർ ചക്ര നേടിയ സൈനികൻ സുബേദാർ ജോഗീന്ദർ സിംഗിന്‍റെ സ്മാരകവും ബുംലയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രാവേളയിൽ അദ്ദേഹം സന്ദർശിച്ചു. 1962 ലെ യുദ്ധസമയത്ത് ജീവൻ ബലിയർപ്പിച്ച ധീരയോദ്ധാവായിരുന്നു സുബേദാർ എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു.
