മോദി ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്‍കിയ എല്ലാ വാഗ്‌ദാനങ്ങളും പാലിച്ചെന്ന് രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ്

മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അടൽ ബിഹാരി വാജ്‌പേയിയുടെ ജന്മവാർഷികത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് അടൽ ഭുജൽ യോജനയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടന ചടങ്ങില്‍ സംസാരിച്ച പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയെ പ്രശംസിക്കുകയും അദ്ദേഹം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തതെല്ലാം പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു.

ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്‍കിയ എല്ലാ വാഗ്‌ദാനങ്ങളും കൃത്യമായ പാലിച്ചതായി പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു. മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അടല്‍ ബിഹാരി വാജ്പേയുടെ ജന്മദിനത്തോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് നടന്ന അടല്‍ ബുജാല്‍ യോജനയില്‍ സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. റോഹ്താങ് തുരങ്കം നിർമിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അടല്‍ ബിഹാരി വാജ്പേയ് നടത്തിയ പ്രയത്നങ്ങളെയും രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് ചടങ്ങില്‍ അനുസ്മരിച്ചു.

  The completion of the tunnel will provide all weather connectivity to remote areas of Lahaul & Spiti Valley and also reduce the distance between Manali & Leh by 46 Km.

പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി പ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും നിറവേറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു. രാജ്യത്ത് പിന്നാക്കം നിന്നിരുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളെ നരേന്ദ്രമോദി മുൻ നിരയിലേക്കെത്തിച്ചുവെന്നും സിംഗ്. 18 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ലാഹോലില്‍ എത്തിയ വാജ്പേയ് ഇത്തരമൊരു തുരങ്കം നിർമിച്ചാലുള്ള നേട്ടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിന് ശേഷം റോഹ്താങ് തുരങ്കം നിർമിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് മുതല്‍ തുരങ്കത്തിലൂടെ ഗതാഗതം ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.നിശ്ചിത ചെലവിനേക്കാൾ കുറഞ്ഞ തുകയില്‍ തുരങ്കത്തിന്‍റെ നിർമാണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ബോർഡർ റോഡ് ഓർഗനൈസേഷനെയും പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി പ്രശംസിച്ചു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ മേല്‍നോട്ടത്തിലാണ് തുരങ്കം നിർമിച്ചത്. തുരങ്കത്തിന്‍റെ നിർമാണത്തിനായി 4000 കോടി രൂപ അനുവദിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ ബിആർഒ ആയിരം കോടിയില്‍ നിർമാണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയെന്നും രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു. ദേശീയ സുരക്ഷയുടെ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടില്‍ ഈ തുരങ്കം വളരെ പ്രധാനമാണെന്നും ഇതോടെ ലേയും മനാലിയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ദൂരം 46 കിലോമീറ്റർ കുറയുമെന്നും സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു. അടൽ ഭുജൽ യോജനയും അടൽ തുരങ്കവും അന്തരിച്ച മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ സ്മരണയാണെന്നും പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
