മൂന്ന് മാസങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പ് ഹൈദരാബാദ് നിംസില്‍ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയക്ക് വിധേയയായ യുവതിയാണ് ഡോക്ടര്‍മാരുടെ അനാസ്ഥക്ക് ഇരയായത്. വയറുവേദനയെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് മൂന്ന് മാസം മുമ്പാണ് യുവതി നിംസില്‍ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയ നടത്തിയത്. ചികിത്സക്ക് ശേഷവും കഠിനമായ വയറു വേദന ഉണ്ടായതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് മറ്റൊരു ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ചികിത്സ തേടുകയായിരുന്നു.
തുടര്‍ന്ന് നടത്തിയ എക്സറേ പരിശോധനയില്‍ യുവതിയുടെ വയറ്റില്‍ കത്രിക ഉളളതായി കണ്ടെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. സംഭവം പുറത്തറഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് യുവതിയുടെ ബന്ധുകള്‍ ആശുപത്രിക്ക് മുമ്പില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധം ആരംഭിച്ചു.

തുടര്‍ന്ന് നടത്തിയ എക്സറേ പരിശോധനയില്‍ യുവതിയുടെ വയറ്റില്‍ കത്രിക ഉളളതായി കണ്ടെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. സംഭവം പുറത്തറഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് യുവതിയുടെ ബന്ധുകള്‍ ആശുപത്രിക്ക് മുമ്പില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധം ആരംഭിച്ചു.
