സിഡിഎസ് നിയമനം എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകളും അവ്യക്തതകളും നിറഞ്ഞതാകുന്നെന്നും കോൺഗ്രസ് വക്താവ് മനീഷ് തിവാരി

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: ബിപിൻ റാവത്തിനെ ചീഫ് ഓഫ് ഡിഫൻസ് സ്റ്റാഫായി നിയമിച്ചതില്‍ പ്രതികരണവുമായി കോൺഗ്രസ് വക്താവ് മനീഷ് തിവാരി. നിയമനത്തിൽ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന്‍റേത് തെറ്റായ നടപടിയാണെന്ന് തിവാരി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. സിഡിഎസ് നിയമനം എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത്തരം അവ്യക്തതകളും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകളും നിറഞ്ഞതാകുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചു.

മൂന്ന് സൈനികമേധാവികളും ആരുമുഖേനയാണ് പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രിയെ ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടത്. പ്രതിരോധ സെക്രട്ടറി മുഖേനയോ അതോ സിഡിഎസ് മുഖേനയോയെന്നും തിവാരി ചോദിച്ചു. സിഡിഎസ് സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ പദവിയിൽ എന്തെല്ലാം ചുമതലകൾ യാഥാർഥത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുമെന്നുമെന്നും തിവാരി ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെ ചോദിച്ചു. റൂൾ 11 അനുസരിച്ച് സിഡിഎസ് സെക്രട്ടറി പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രിയുടെ തലവനാണോയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചു. പ്രതിരോധ വകുപ്പിനോട് സെക്രട്ടറിക്കുള്ള കർത്തവ്യങ്ങളും കടപ്പാടുകളും വ്യക്തമാക്കണമെന്നും മനീഷ് തിവാരി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
