ಏ.20ರೊಳಗೆ 6,500 ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ: ಡಾ.ಗಿರಿಧರ್ ಬಾಬು ಆತಂಕ

ಕೊರೊನಾ ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, 6,500 ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಡಾ. ಗಿರಿಧರ್ ಬಾಬು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಡಾ. ಗಿರಿಧರ್ ಬಾಬು ಆತಂಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಟ್ವೀಟ್​ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಂಜಾಗೃತಾ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

"ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 20ರೊಳಗೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 6,500 ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ 10% ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಲಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
