ಬಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಗುರುವಾರ ಆಟಗಾರರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಹಲ್​, ಉಮೇಶ್ ಯಾದವ್​ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಗ್ರೇಡ್​ ನೀಡಿದ ಯುವ ವಿಕೆಟ್​ ಕೀಪರ್​ಗೆ ಎ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ ನೀಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್​ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಹೊರ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮುಂಬೈ: ಬಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಗುರುವಾರ ಆಟಗಾರರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ವಿಕೆಟ್​ ಕೀಪರ್​ಗೆ ಎ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ ನೀಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್​ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಹೊರ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2017 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್​ಗೆ ಪದಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಪಂತ್​ 2018 ಹಾಗೂ 2019ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಸ್ಟ್ರೇಲಿಯಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್​ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶತಕಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅವರು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿಕೆಟ್​ ಕೀಪರ್​-ಬ್ಯಾಟ್ಸ್​ಮನ್​ ಧೋನಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ತುಂಬಬಲ್ಲ ಆಟಗಾರರ ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಆದರೆ ಧೋನಿ ಅನುಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅವಕಾಶ ಪಡೆದ ಪಂತ್​ ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪರದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿಕೆಟ್​ ಕೀಪಿಂಗ್​ನಲ್ಲೂ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಹೋದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲೇ ಪಂತ್​ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಯ್ಯಾಳನೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

21 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಿರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ತೋರುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿರುವ ಪಂತ್​ರನ್ನು ಬಿಸಿಸಿಐ ಗುರುವಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಆಕ್ರೋಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಉಮೇಶ್​ ಯಾದವ್​, ಚಹಲ್​, ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ್​ ಪಾಂಡ್ಯ ರಂತಹ ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಬಿ ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪಂತ್​ರನ್ನು ಎ ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವುದೇ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಕೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಎ+ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ನಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 7 ಕೋಟಿ, ಎ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ನಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು 5 ಕೋಟಿ, ಬಿ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ನಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು 3 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿ ಗ್ರೇಡ್​ ಪಡೆದವರು ಒಂದು ಕೋಟಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

  • This shows the hypocrisy of BCCI the likes of Umesh Yadav & Yuzevendra Chahal are in grade B and someone like Rishabh Pant who has done nothing till now directly get awarded with A contract, just wow-wow.

  • BCCI do you really think #pant is more eligible than #HardikPandya to get A grade contract ? This favouritism towards pant should end asap such things drops our chances of winning 2020 and 2023 world cups
