ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಮೋದಿ ಬಯೋಪಿಕ್ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುಂತೆ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಸಿನಿಮಾ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೋ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇಡವೇ ಎಂದು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 22ರ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಈ ಮೊದಲು ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಆಯೋಗ, ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಯೋಪಿಕ್ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿತ್ತು.
