ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಪರ್ಲ್​ ಹಾರ್ಬರ್​​ ನೌಕಾ ನೆಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರಣ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹವಾಯಿ: ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಪರ್ಲ್​ ಹಾರ್ಬರ್​ ನೌಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ತಂಡದ ಜೊತೆಗ ಭಾರತದ ವಾಯುಸೇನೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಆರ್​​.ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಬದೌರಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಂಡ ಹಾಜರಿತ್ತು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯೊಂದರ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಏರ್​ ಚೀಫ್​ ಮಾರ್ಷಲ್​ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ತಂಡ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ಅದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಂಡಿನ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕ್ಷೇಮವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಘಟನೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ​ ನೌಕಾ ನೆಲೆಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಂಡಿನ ಚಕಮಕಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಜರುಗಿದೆ. ಗುಂಡಿನ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮೂವರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗ್ತಿದೆ.

ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದ ಪರ್ಲ್‌ ಹಾರ್ಬರ್‌ ನೌಕಾ ನೆಲೆ ಮೇಲೆ 1941ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ 7 ರಂದು ಜಪಾನ್‌ ನಡೆಸಿದ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು. ಪರ್ಲ್‌ ಹಾರ್ಬರ್‌ ಮೇಲೆ ಜಪಾನ್‌ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಇದೇ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 7ಕ್ಕೆ 78 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಹೊನೊಲುಲು ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರ್ಲ್​ ಹಾರ್ಬರ್​ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ಮಾರಕದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ದತೆಯೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
