ನಾನೂರು( ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಬಂಗಾಳ): ಬೀರ್ಭೂಮ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ನಾನೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು, ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ಮೀಸಲು ಪಡೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪೋಲಿಂಗ್ ಬೂತ್ಗೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ರೊಚ್ಚಿಗೆದ್ದ ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಎರಡೂ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಹರಸಾಹಸ ಪಟ್ಟರು.
