ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಕೋವಿಡ್ -19 ನಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತ ನೌಕರರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಟಾಟಾ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ನಿಂದ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟರೆ, ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನ ಉಳಿದ ಸೇವಾ ಅವಧಿ (60 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬುವ ತನಕ) ವರಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ವೇತನ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.

"ನೌಕರನು ಕೊನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದ ವೇತನದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನೇ ಆತನ ಸೇವಾ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಟಾಟಾ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್‌ನ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ-ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಜೀವನ ಮಟ್ಟ, ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೃತ ನೌಕರನಿಗೆ 60 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಕೊನೆಯ ವೇತನದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ"ಎಂದು ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಅವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಸತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
