ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್​ನಿಂದ ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾಗೆ ಸಿಗರೇಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳ್ಳಸಾಗಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ, 1.05 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ 10,43,400 ಸಿಗರೇಟ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿಲಿಗುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾ: ಸಿಗರೇಟುಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್​ನಿಂದ ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾಗೆ ಕಳ್ಳಸಾಗಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದವರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸುಮಾರು 1.05 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ 10,43,400 ಸಿಗರೇಟ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಖಚಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ಸಿಲಿಗುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗರೇಟ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆರೋಪಿ ಬಿಹಾರದ ಸಿವಾನ್ ಮೂಲದವನು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸದ್ಯ ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ಸಿಲಿಗುರಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
