अयोध्या भूमि विवाद: सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कहा- 5 दिन सुनवाई में नहीं हो सकते शामिल

अयोध्या भूमि विवाद में मुस्लिम पक्षकार की ओर से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता राजीव धवन का कहना है कि यदि सुनवाई सप्ताह में पांच दिन की है तो यह अमानवीय है और हम अदालत की सहायता नहीं कर पाएंगे.

लखनऊ: अयोध्या भूमि विवाद मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान मुस्लिम पक्षकार की ओर से पेश वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता राजीव धवन ने पांच दिन सुनवाई को लेक आपत्ति उठाई. वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता राजीव धवन ने कहा कि एक अफवाह है कि अदालत मामले की सुनवाई के लिए पूरे पांच दिन बैठेगी. वह पांच दिन की सुनवाई पर आपत्ति उठाते हैं.

वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता राजीव धवन के इस प्रश्न पर चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (सीजेआई) रंजन गोगोई ने कहा कि हमने आपकी शिकायत सुनी है. हम आपको जल्द ही सूचित करेंगे.
