श्रीनगर : जम्मू-कश्मीर के शोपियां में मंगलवार को सुरक्षा बलों और आतंकवादियों के बीच मुठभेड़ हुई. यह मुठभेड़ नागबल इलाके में हुई, जिसमें जवानों को बड़ी कामयाबी हासिल हुई. इस मुठभेड़ में सेना के जवानों ने तीन आतंकियों को मार गिराया है. यह जानकारी जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस ने दी. कश्मीर जोन पुलिस (Kashmir Zone Police) के मुताबिक, मारे गए तीनों आतंकी लश्कर-ए-तैयबा (एलईटी) के सदस्य थे, जो घाटी में बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देना चाहते थे.
पुलिस के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि सुरक्षा बलों ने शोपियां के नागबल इलाके में आतंकवादियों की मौजूदगी की सूचना मिलने के बाद घेराबंदी कर तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया. अभियान के दौरान मुठभेड़ शुरू हो गई, जिसमें सुरक्षा बलों ने तीन आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया. जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस ने बताया कि कुल तीन आतंकवादी मारे गए. इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन जारी है.
