गर्भवती हथिनी की मौत पर भड़के केविन पीटरसन, कहा- भारत से क्रूरता की तस्वीरें मिलीं

केविन पीटरसन ने गर्भवती हथिनी की फोटो शेयर करते हुए लिखा, "घृणित कार्य. मुझे भारत से हथिनी के साथ हुई क्रूरता की तस्वीरें मिली हैं. कोई ऐसा क्यों करेगा, आखिर क्यों?"

लंदन: इंग्लैंड के पूर्व कप्तान और एनिमल कार्यकर्ता केविन पीटरसन ने केरल में गर्भवती हथिनी की मौत को क्रूरता बताया है.

पीटरसन ने इंस्टाग्राम पर इस घटना का फोटो शेयर करते हुए लिखा, "घृणित कार्य. मुझे भारत से हथिनी के साथ हुई क्रूरता की तस्वीरें मिली हैं. कोई ऐसा क्यों करेगा, आखिर क्यों?"

27 मई को केरल के मल्लपुराम में 15 साल की गर्भवती हथनी एक बेहद गैरमानवीय घटना की शिकार हो गई.

किसी इंसान ने उस हथिनी को पटाखों से भरा अनानास दे दिया, जो उसके मुंह में फट गया. इससे उसके मुंह और जीभ में गंभीर चोटें आईं. बाद में तीन दिन तक नदी में खड़े-खड़े उसकी मौत हो गई.

केरल के वन विभाग ने इस मामले में जांच शुरू कर दी है और दो लोगों को अब तक हिरासत में लिया जा चुका है.

भारतीय टीम के बल्लेबाज रोहित शर्मा ने गुरुवार को कहा है कि केरल में गर्भवती हथिनी की मौत के बारे में सुनकर वे काफी दुखी हैं. उन्होंने साथ ही कहा कि किसी भी जानवर के साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.

रोहित ने अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर हैंडल पर लिखा, "हम जंगली हैं, क्या हम सीख नहीं रहे हैं? केरल में जो उस हथिनी के साथ हुआ, वो दिल दुखाने वाला है. किसी भी जानवर के साथ इस तरह की वहशत नहीं की जानी चाहिए."

कप्तान कोहली ने ट्वीट में लिखा था, "केरल की घटना को जानकर काफी निराश और चकित हूं. मैं विनती करता हूं कि जानवरों का प्यार से देखभाल करें और ऐसे कायरतापूर्ण कृत्य बंद होने चाहिए."

कोहली ने हथिनी और उसके पेट में पल रहे बच्चे की तस्वीर कार्टून के जरिए ट्विटर पर पोस्ट की थी.

अनुभवी भारतीय महिला बैडमिंटन स्टार सायना नेहवाल ने कहा था कि यह बहुत ही दुखद है. उन्होंने लिखा, "यह जानकर बहुत दुख हुआ."
