नई दिल्ली : चेतेश्वर पुजारा ने शनिवार को ब्रिस्टल के काउंटी ग्राउंड में ग्लॉस्टरशायर के खिलाफ दूसरे डिवीजन काउंटी चैम्पियनशिप मैच में ससेक्स के लिए तीन मैचों में अपना दूसरा शतक लगाया. इसके पहले पुजारा ने डरहम के खिलाफ होव में अपने कप्तानी के पहले मैच में ही 115 रनों की पारी खेली थी.

पुजारा ने मैच के तीसरे दिन 191 गेंदों में अपना शतक पूरा किया, जब ससेक्स को बल्लेबाजी के लिए उतरी. इस महीने की शुरुआत में पुजारा ने डरहम के खिलाफ होव में ससेक्स की कप्तानी संभालते ही पहले मैच में 115 रनों की पारी खेली थी.

इस शतक के साथ पुजारा ने वसीम जाफर के 57 प्रथम श्रेणी शतकों की संख्या को भी पीछे छोड़ दिया और सर्वाधिक प्रथम श्रेणी के मैच में शतक लगाने वाले वाले भारतीयों में चौथे स्थान पर पहुंच गए. सूची में सचिन तेंदुलकर (81), सुनील गावस्कर (81), राहुल द्रविड़ (68) और विजय हजारे (60) पुजारा से ऊपर हैं.
