टिक टॉक की रेटिंग में भारी गिरावट, ट्विटर पर ट्रेंड हुआ टिकटॉकडाउन

फैजल सिद्दीकी के एसिड अटैक वाले वीडियो के साथ शुरू हुई टिक टॉक को बैन करने की मांग बढ़ती जा रही है. जिसका नतीजा यह हुआ कि ऐप की रेटिंग एक हफ्ते में काफी गिर चुकी है और ट्विटर पर हैश्टैग 'टिक टॉक डाउन' ट्रेंड भी कर रहा है.

मुंबईः वीडियो शेयरिंग ऐप टिक टॉक की रेटिंग में पिछले कुछ दिनों से भारी गिरवाट दर्ज की गई है, जिसकी एक अहम वजह प्लेटफॉर्म पर बेतुके और महिला विरोधी कंटेंट का प्रसारण भी शामिल है.

प्ले स्टोर पर फिलहाल ऐप की रेटिंग 1. 3 स्टार है. इसी के साथ ट्विटर पर 'टिक टॉक डाउन' का हैश्टैग भी ट्रेंड कर रहा है.

पिछले दिनों टिक टॉक स्टार फैजल सिद्दीकी द्वारा एसिड अटैक पर बनाए गए वीडियो की काफी आलोचना हुई. उस वायरल वीडियो में सिद्दीकी ने एक ऐसे लड़के की एक्टिंग की है, जो अपने प्यार को खो देने का गम मना रहा है. वह अपनी प्रेमिका से कहता है कि 'वह तुझे छोड़ देगा, जिसके लिए तूने मुझे छोड़ा था?' और फिर उस पर कुछ फेंकता है, जो कि एसिड होता है, जिसकी वजह से लड़की का चेहरा खराब हो जाता है.

इस वीडियो की आलोचना पूजा भट्ट, स्वरा भाष्कर और सोना मोहापात्रा समेत कई बॉलीवुड सितारों ने की. सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स लगातार टिक टॉक पर भी सवाल उठाने लगे कि कैसे वीडियो शेयरिंग प्लेटफॉर्म ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता का कंटेंट पब्लिश करने और बिना किसी परेशानी के देखने की सहूलियत दे सकता है.

हालांकि, लगातार आलोचनाों के बाद टिक टॉक ने फैजल का अकाउंट बंद कर दिया है लेकिन ऐप को बंद करने की मांग जंगल में लगे आग की तरह सोशल मीडिया पर फैल गई है. सैंकड़ो-हजारों लोग अब फैजल के अलावा टिक टॉक के अन्य स्टार्स को भी निशाने पर ले रहे हैं जो बेतुका और महिला विरोधी कंटेंट पोस्ट करते हैं.

नतीजा ये हुआ कि टिकटॉक की रेटिंग में पिछले एक हफ्ते से काफी गिरावट आई और ट्विटर पर लोग उसे लेकर मीम्स भी बना रहे हैं.

लेकिन ध्यान देने वाली बात यह भी है कि दीपिका पादुकोण जिन्होंने टिक टॉक पर अपना डेब्यू एसिड अटैक के खिलाफ बोलने वाली फिल्म 'छपाक' के प्रमोशन के लिए किया था, क्या वो अब इस प्लेटफॉर्म को छोड़ देंगी.
