श्रीगंगानगर : सूरतगढ़ में शनिवार सुबह भीषण सड़क हादसे में 6 लोगों की मौत हो गई. उनमें से कुछ ने तो हादसे के तुंरत बाद मौके पर ही दम तोड़ और कुछ की अस्पताल ले जाने के दौरान मौत हो गई, हादसे में पांच लोग गंभीर घायल हैं. हादसा सुबह करीब दस बजे हुआ.
पुलिस के मुताबिक सूरतगढ़ से होकर गुजरने वाले नेशनल हाईवे-62 पर रजियासर के समीप एक ट्रक और सामने से आ रही जीप से टक्कर हुई. टक्कर इतनी तेज थी कि जीप और ट्रक का अगला हिस्सा बुरी तरह से पिचक गया. वहां से गुजर रहे लोगों ने मदद की और तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी. पुलिस ने एंबुलेंस और अन्य निजी वाहनों की मदद से घायलों को अस्पताल पहुंचाया.

बता दें कि ट्रक और जीप में फंसे मृतकों को निकालने के लिए घंटों मशक्कत करनी पड़ी. घायलों और मृतकों के बारे में पड़ताल की जा रही है. हादसे के बाद हाईवे पर जाम के हालात बने, जिसे पुलिस ने सुचारू करवाया. बता दें कि जिन तीन लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है, उनमें से कुछ की हालत बेहद ही गंभीर है.

वहीं सड़क हादसे को लेकर प्रदेश के मुखिया अशोक गहलोत ने ट्वीट कर दुख जताया है. उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा कि राजियासर क्षेत्र में NH- 62 पर हुए हादसे के बारे में जानने के बाद बेहद दुख हुआ. शोक संतप्त परिवारों के प्रति मेरी हार्दिक संवेदना. ईश्वर उन्हें इस कठिन समय में शक्ति दे, उन घायलों के शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की प्रार्थना.
