નવી દિલ્હી : ભારતીય વિકેટકીપર બેટ્સમેન કેએલ રાહુલ તેના ખરાબ ફોર્મ સામે ઝઝૂમી રહ્યો છે. જેના કારણે રાહુલને પૂર્વ દિગ્ગજ ક્રિકેટર વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદના ઠપકાનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો છે. વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદ છેલ્લા દિવસોથી સતત કેએલ રાહુલને સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર ફટકારી રહ્યા છે. વેંકટેશ ક્યારેક રાહુલને સલાહ આપે છે તો ક્યારેક તેના પર ગુસ્સે થાય છે. આ બધાનું જોડાણ માત્ર એક વસ્તુ સાથે છે અને તે છે રાહુલનું ખરાબ પ્રદર્શન. હવે વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદે સોશિયલ મીડિયા દ્વારા રાહુલ પર પોતાનો ગુસ્સો ઠાલવતા તેને ઈન્દોરમાં યોજાનારી ત્રીજી ટેસ્ટમાં રન બનાવવા માટે કહ્યું છે.

કેએલ રાહુલ પર વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદ : ટેસ્ટમાં ખરાબ પ્રદર્શનને કારણે કેએલ રાહુલને ઘણા ટોણા સાંભળવા પડે છે. ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયા સામે નાગપુરમાં રમાયેલી પ્રથમ ટેસ્ટ મેચમાં રાહુલ કંઈ ખાસ પ્રદર્શન કરી શક્યો નહોતો. તે પછી દિલ્હીમાં રમાયેલી ભારત અને ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયા વચ્ચેની બીજી ટેસ્ટ મેચમાં પણ રાહુલ ફ્લોપ રહ્યો હતો. આ પછી પણ પસંદગીકારોએ રાહુલ પર વિશ્વાસ જાળવી રાખ્યો છે. રાહુલ ત્રીજી અને ચોથી ટેસ્ટ મેચમાં પણ આગળ રમી શકે છે.,પરંતુ રાહુલનું પ્રદર્શન જોઈને લાગતું હતું કે, હવે તેને આગામી બે ટેસ્ટમાં તક નહીં મળે. હવે એવી અટકળો લગાવવામાં આવી રહી છે કે, પસંદગીકારો હજુ પણ રાહુલ પર વિશ્વાસ જાળવી રહ્યા છે. આ મામલે વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદે રાહુલ પર આકરા પ્રહારો કર્યા છે. તેણે પોતાના ટ્વિટર હેન્ડલથી શિખર ધવન, મયંક અગ્રવાલ, અજિંક્ય રહાણે અને કેએલ રાહુલના આંકડા શેર કર્યા છે. આ ખેલાડીઓ સાથે રાહુલની સરખામણી કરતા વેંકટેશે આ આંકડાઓ દ્વારા જણાવ્યું છે કે આ ખેલાડીઓનું પ્રદર્શન એટલું ખરાબ નથી, પરંતુ આ પછી પણ તેને ટીમમાં તક મળી નથી.

3rd Test માં તક મળશે તો કરશે કમાલ : વેંકટેશ પ્રસાદે આંકડાઓ દ્વારા જણાવ્યું છે કે, વિદેશી ધરતી પર શિખર ધવનનો સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ રેકોર્ડ છે. ધવને વિદેશ પ્રવાસ દરમિયાન લગભગ 40ની એવરેજથી 5 સદી ફટકારી હતી. ધવને ટેસ્ટમાં તેના પ્રદર્શન પર થોડી વધુ મહેનત કરવી પડશે. આ સાથે જ ધવને શ્રીલંકા અને ન્યુઝીલેન્ડમાં પણ સદી ફટકારી છે. ધવનનો ભારતમાં પણ શાનદાર રેકોર્ડ છે. વેંકટેશ એમ પણ કહેવા માંગતા હતા કે, જો કેએલ રાહુલને ઈન્દોરમાં યોજાનારી ત્રીજી ટેસ્ટ માટે ટીમની પ્લેઈંગ ઈલેવનમાં સામેલ કરવામાં આવે તો તેણે મારા જેવા ટીકાકારોને જવાબ આપવો જોઈએ. મતલબ કે, રાહુલે ઈન્દોરમાં સારું પ્રદર્શન કરીને જવાબ આપવો જોઈએ. જો રાહુલ આવું ન કરી શકે તો તેણે કાઉન્ટી ક્રિકેટ રમવી જોઈએ.
