પીટરસનએ ટ્વીટ કરી જણાવ્યું કે, મને લાગે છે કે દુનિયાના ઘણા બેટ્સમેન તેના પર પ્રતિબંધ લાગવાથી ખુશ થયા હશે. જેટલા બોલરોનો મેં સામનો કર્યો છે.

લંડનઃ ઇગ્લેન્ડના પૂર્વ બેટ્સમેન કેવિન પીટરસનએ સોમવારના રોજ કહ્યું કે, તેમને પોતાના કરિયરમાં જેટલા બોલરોનો સામનો કર્યો છે તેમાં પાકિસ્તાનનો મોહમ્મદ આસિફ સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ હતો.

પીટરસનનું માનવું છે કે, જ્યારે સ્પોટ ફિક્સિંગના કારણે તેના પર પ્રતિબંધ લગાવવામાં આવ્યો તેના કારણે મોટા ભાગના બેટ્સમેન ખુશ થયા છે. આસિફ, સલમાન બટ અને મોહમ્મદ આમિર પર આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ક્રિકેટ પરિષદના સ્પોટ ફિક્સિગના મામલાના કારણે 2010માં પ્રતિબંધ લાગ્યો હતો.

પીટરસનએ ટ્વિટ કર્યું કે, મને લાગે છે કે દુનિયાના મોટા ભાગના બેટ્સમેન તેના પર પ્રતિબંધ લાગવાના કારણે ખુશ થયા હશે, જે બોલરોનો મે સામનો કર્યો છે તેમાનોએ સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ હતો. પીટરસનએ પાકિસ્તાનના વડા પ્રધાન રાહત કોષમાં દાન કરવાનું જણાવ્યું હતું.

પીટરસનએ ટ્વિટ કરી એક વીડિયો શેયર કરી કહ્યું, હું પાકિસ્તાનમાં આ ગંભીર સ્થિતિમાં થોડી મદદ કરવાની કોશિષ કરી રહ્યો છું, દૂનિયાભરના લોકો પાકિસ્તાનમાં પોતાનું યોગદાન આપી રહ્યા છે.
