નવી દિલ્હીઃ દેશભરમાં મંગળવારે 12.45 વાગ્યે સોશિયલ મીડિયા એપ્લિકેશન (Whats App Server Down) વોટ્સએપનું સર્વરડાઉન થઈ ગયું હતું. જેના કારણે કોઈ મેસેજ આવતા ન હતા કે મેસેજ જતા ન હતા. ન માત્ર ભારત પણ અન્ય દેશમાં પણ વોટ્સએપ એપ્લિકેશનનું સર્વરડાઉન (Whats App Server issue) થઈ જતા મોટી સંખ્યામાં યુઝર્સને હાલાકી વેઠવી પડી હતી. જોકે, ટ્વિટર પર આ અંગે અનેક પ્રકારના મિમ્સ વહેવાના શરૂ થઈ ગયા હતા. વોટ્સએપ એપ્લિકેશન પર કોઈ મેસેજ ન આવતા કે જતા લોકો અટવાયા હતા.

પોપ્યુલર પ્લેટફોર્મ ડાઉનઃ સતત 40 મિનિટ સુધી વોટ્સએપ એપ્લિકેશન પર કોઈ પ્રકારના સંદેશાવ્યવહાર થયા ન હતા. જેના કારણે અનેક યુઝર્સને મુશ્કેલી પડી હતી. શરૂઆતમાં સ્પીડ ઓછી થઈ જતા મેસેજ રીસિવ કરવામાં કે મોકલવામાં મુશ્કેલી પડતી હતી. થોડા સમય બાદ મેસેજ આવવાના કે મોકલવાનું બંધ થઈ જતા મેસેજિંગ ઠપ થઈ ગયા હતા.

શું કહ્યું કંપનીએઃ વોટ્સેએપની પેરેન્ટ કંપની મેટાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ઘણા યુઝર્સને મેસેજ મોકલવામાં મુશ્કલીઓ પડી રહી છે. મેસેજ સેન્ડ થતા નથી અને રીસિવ થતા નથી. અમે આ વસ્તુઓ પર રીપેરિંગ શરૂ કરી દીધું છે. ટૂંક જ સમયમાં સર્વિસ શરૂ થઈ જશે.
