মুম্বই : আজই মুক্তি পেয়েছে 'গাঙ্গুবাঈ কাঠিয়াওয়াড়ি' ছবিতে আলিয়া ভাটের লুক । একেবারে নতুন ধরনের চরিত্রে দেখা গেছে তাঁকে । ছবিতে তাঁকে দেখা যাবে মাফিয়াদের প্রধান গাঙ্গুবাইয়ের চরিত্রে । আর তাঁর এই লুক দেখে অবাক অনেকেই । সোশাল মিডিয়ায় কমেন্ট করেন বলিউডের একাধিক তারকা ।
আলিয়ার এই লুক টুইট করে মা সোনি রাজদান লেখেন, "সুন্দর, রোমাঞ্চক ও রোহস্যজনক । সব কিছুই রয়েছে । ছবিটি দেখার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে পারছি না ।"

এর আগে সঞ্জয়ের পরিচালনায় সলমন খান ও আলিয়ার 'ইনশাল্লাহ' ছবিতে কাজ করার কথা ছিল । তবে সলমনের সঙ্গে পরিচালকের কিছু জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হওয়ায় ছবির কাজ বন্ধ হয়ে যায় । 2019 সালের অন্যতম বড় খবর হয় এটি ।
'ইনশাল্লাহ' বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার পর আলিয়াকে নিয়ে 'গাঙ্গুবাঈ কাঠিয়াওয়াড়ি' করার কথা ভাবেন পরিচালক । হুসেন জ়য়দির লেখা 'মাফিয়া কুইন অফ মুম্বই' বই অবলম্বনে তৈরি এই ছবি ।
