ৰাজীৱ গান্ধী ফাউণ্ডেশ্বনৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উত্থাপিত হৈছে কেইবাখনো আইন উলংঘনৰ অভিযোগ। এই অভিযোগৰ তদন্তৰ বাবে কেন্দ্ৰীয় গৃহ মন্ত্ৰণালয়ে গঠন কৰিছে এখন বিশেষ কমিটি ।

নিউজ ডেস্ক, ৮ জুলাইঃ ৰাজীৱ গান্ধী ফাউণ্ডেশ্বন, ৰাজীৱ গান্ধী চেৰিটেবল ট্ৰাষ্ট ( Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust) আৰু ইণ্ডিৰা গান্ধী মেম'ৰিয়েল ট্ৰাষ্টৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উত্থাপিত হৈছে কেইবাখনো আইন উলংঘনৰ অভিযোগ । তিনিও ন্যাসৰ বিৰুদ্ধে পিএমএলএ ( Prevention of Money Laundering Act), আয়কৰ আইন (Income Tax Act) আৰু এফচিআৰএ (Foreign Contribution Regulations Act)ৰ বিভিন্ন আইন উলংঘনৰ অভিযোগ উত্থাপিত হৈছিল ।

উত্থাপিত হোৱা এই অভিযোগৰ তদন্তৰ বাবে কেন্দ্ৰীয় গৃহ মন্ত্ৰণালয়ে গঠন কৰিছে এখন বিশেষ কমিটি । গৃহ মন্ত্ৰণালয়ে প্ৰকাশ কৰা অনুসৰি, ইডি (Enforcement Directorate)য়ে এই বিশেষ কমিটিখনৰ নেতৃত্ব দিব বুলি জানিব পৰা গৈছে ।
