గుంటూరు జిల్లాలో తెలుగు దేశం పార్టీ సభ్యుల మధ్య విభేదాలు తారాస్థాయికి చేరాయి. తాడికొండ ఎమ్మెల్యే శ్రావణ్ కుమార్కు వ్యతిరేకంగా గత కొన్ని రోజులుగా సమావేశాలు, పాదయాత్రలు నిర్వహిస్తున్న జెడ్పీ వైస్ ఛైర్మన్ పూర్ణ చందర్రావు వర్గం, నేడు పార్టీ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలోనే బలప్రదర్శనకు దిగింది. తాడికొండ నుంచి ర్యాలీగా వచ్చిన నేతలు గుంటూరు పార్టీ కార్యాలయానికి పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో చేరుకుని పార్టీ కన్వీనర్కు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. శ్రావణ్కు టికెట్ ఇస్తే పార్టీ ఓడిపోతుందంటూ హెచ్చరించారు. ఎంపీ గల్లా జయదేవ్ను కలుసుకున్న తాడికొండ నేతలు, శ్రావణ్కు మద్దతు ఇవ్వవద్దని కోరారు. శ్రావణ్-పూర్ణచందర్రావు వర్గాల మధ్య జరుగుతున్న ఆధిపత్య పోరును ఆ పార్టీ అధినేత చంద్రబాబు దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్తామని గుంటూరు జిల్లా నేతలు తెలిపారు.

STORYLINE:
"Empire" actor Jussie Smollett turned himself in early on Thursday to face accusations that he filed a false police report when he told authorities he was attacked in Chicago by two men who hurled racist and anti-gay slurs and looped a rope around his neck, police said.
Smollett turned himself in at central booking and was arrested, Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said.
The 36-year-old actor was charged on Wednesday.
The charge could bring up to three years in prison.
It could also force the actor, who's black and gay, to pay for the cost of the investigation into his report of a Jan. 29 beating.
