రైతు సంక్షేమం కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 'అన్నదాత సుఖీభవ' పథకం ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ఈ పథకానికి 5 వేల కోట్లు కేటాయించారు. ఆహార శుద్ధి పరిశ్రమలకు 300 కోట్లు ఇవ్వగా, మార్కెట్‌ ఇంటర్వెన్షన్‌ ఫండ్‌ కు 1000 కోట్లు కేటాయించారు.

- కనీస మద్దతు లేని పంటల విషయంలో విపణి అనిశ్చితికి రైతులు నష్టపోకుండా విపణి ప్రమేయ నిధిని 500 కోట్ల రూపాయల నుంచి 1000 కోట్లకు పెంచారు.
- కౌలు రైతులుకు సంస్థాగత బుుణం, పంట బీమా, వ్యవసాయ పనిముట్ల కోసం భారత దేశంలోనే మొదటిసారిగా సాగు ప్రమాణ పత్రాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం పరిచయం చేసింది.2014-15 లో కౌలు రైతుల బుుణం 272 కోట్ల రూపాయలు కాగా, 2018-19 సంవత్సరానికి 4957 కోట్ల బుుణ సౌకర్యం పొందారని యనమల తెలిపారు.
- ప్రభుత్వం వివిధ పంటలకు ఇన్ పుట్ సబ్సిడీ పెంచిందని యనమల తెలిపారు. వరి, చెఱకు, ప్రత్తి, వేరుశెనగ పంటలకు ఉన్న రాయితీని 10 వేల రూపాయల నుంచి 15 వేల రూపాయలకు పెంచారు. మొక్కజొన్న పంటకు 8,333 రూపాయల నుంచి 12 వేల 500 రూపాయలకు, పప్పు ధాన్యాలకు 6 వేల 250 నుంచి 10 వేల రూపాయలకు పెంచామని, 39.33 లక్షల రైతులు లబ్ధి పొందారని యనమల తెలిపారు.
