ਕਾਬੁਲ: ਅਫਗ਼ਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਅਸ਼ਰਫ ਗਨੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਹਲਫ਼ਬਰਦਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਗ਼ਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲ਼ੀਆਂ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ।
ਗਨੀ ਨੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ, ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਲਫ਼ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖ ਸਮਾਗ਼ਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ।

ਸਥਾਨਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਗਨੀ ਦੇ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲੈਣ ਮੌਕੇ ਰਾਕੇਟ ਦਾਗ਼ੇ ਗਏ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਅਫਗ਼ਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਈਆਂ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਤੂ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ।
