ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਖਰਚ

ਸ਼ੋਹਰਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ 'ਚ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ 'ਤੇ 24 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਰਟੀਆਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ?: ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ RTI ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਅਪਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ’ਤੇ 24 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ, ਇਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਰਫ 8 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਬਚਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਨਾ ਖਰਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਿਰਸਾ ਬੋਲੇ 3 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ 'ਚ 9 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਤੇ 24 ਕਰੋੜ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਖਰਚੇ : ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 3 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 9 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਕੱਲੇ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ 24.40 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਬਿਜਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੀਐਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਿਸ ਦਾ? ਇਹ ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ, ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਹੈ।
