ଏହି ସିଜିନର ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ 23 ମଇ 2021ରେ ଖେଳାଯିବା ନେଇ ସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇଛି । ଘରୋଇ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ଆରମ୍ଭର ସୂଚୀ ନେଇ FA ଓ EFL ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ପ୍ରିମିୟର ଲିଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ।
