ସର୍ଜରୀ ପରେ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡକୁ ଫେରିଲେ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ

ଅନେକ ଦିନର ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ପରେ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡକୁ ଫେରିଛନ୍ତି ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା । ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା ଦ.ଆଫ୍ରିକା ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଟି-20 ସିରିଜ ଖେଳିବା ସମୟରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକଙ୍କର ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ସର୍ଜରୀ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

ମୁମ୍ବାଇ: ଭାରତୀୟ ଟିମର ଅଲରାଉଣ୍ଡର ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପିଠିର ସର୍ଜରୀ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହାପରେ ସେ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡକୁ ଫେରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାର ସୂଚନା ନିଜେ ଏକ ଭିଡିଓ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରି ସେ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ମାସରେ ଗ୍ରେଟ ବ୍ରିଟେନ ଠାରେ ସର୍ଜରୀ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା ନିଜର ଟ୍ବିଟରରେ ଭିଡିଓ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ହେଲା ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡରୁ ବାହାରେ ଥିଲି । ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡକୁ ଫେରିବାର ଅନୁଭବ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଭଲ ଅନୁଭବ ଆଉ କିଛି ନାହିଁ ।

ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କର ଟ୍ବିଟରର ରିଟ୍ବିଟ କରି ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ସ ଲେଖିଛି ଯେ, ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଫିଟ ହୋଇ ଫେରୁଛନ୍ତି ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା। ସୂଚନାମୁତାବକ, ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟା ଦ.ଆଫ୍ରିକା ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଟି-20 ସିରିଜ ଖେଳିବା ସମୟରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।

Intro:New Delhi: As India all set to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution on November 26, senior lawyer in the Supreme Court and an expert on Indian Constitution, SP Singh told ETV Bharat that the constitution helped us to stand as a farm nation.

Body:Terming Indian Constitution as a living document, Singh said that this should be taken into different perspective.

"Before drafting the constitution lots of research work was done...Above all industrial revolution, socialism, secular democratic republic conceptualization all these are the basic aspects of our Constitution," said Singh.

He said, "Now we are standing as a farm nation due to our Constitution."

Interestinglty, the Narendra Modi Government has also drawn an elaborate plan to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Constitution.

Officials said, the plan includes a special session in Parliament's Central Hall to be addressed by Prime Minister Modi. A similar function was also held in 1997, when Parliament celebrated 50 years of independence by holding a special midnight sitting of the two Houses.

The 70th anniversary plan further includes a year long awareness campaign across the country on the Constitutional rights of the citizens and mandatory reading of the preamble to the Constitution by all central and state government officials.

"The day which is coming is naturally an auspicious day," added Singh.

"One sentence of the Indian Constitution is sufficient enough...We the People of India...it's a declaration by bus. We are segment of socialist democratic republic. We are against all types of dictatorships and we are against monarchical system," Singh said.

Highlighting the special characteristics of the Indian Constitution, Singh said that every individual has their own rights.

Fundamental rights and directive principle of state policy are the two special characters of the Indian Constitution as stated by the senior Supreme Court lawyer.

"Everybody is equal in respect to their faith. Complete humanitarian attitude is available in India. One of the best global village is our culture," said Singh.

Highlighting the role of Indian Constitution, Singh said that whether it's proclaiming Emergency, amendment or abrogation of any critical Article, "everything can be done under the Constitution."

Conclusion:Singh said that the characteristics of the Indian Constitution has kept itself high above all other Constitution across the globe.

"There are many countries like in America it is Presidential form of system. In England King is Monarch. But, Indian Constitution unite each and every individuals of this country," said Singh and added "That is why countries across the globe are interested to learn from the Indian Constitution."
