Air Asia କୁ କିଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ TATA ସନ୍ସ । କିଛି ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ କିଣିିଥିଲା ସଂସ୍ଥା । ଅଧିକ ପଢନ୍ତୁ

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ନିକଟ ଅତୀତରେ ଭାରତର ଏକମାତ୍ର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରାୟତ ବିମାନ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ମାଲିକାନା ହାତେଇବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଥିବା ଟାଟା ସନ୍ସ ଏବେ ଏୟାର ଏସିଆ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ମାଲିକାନ ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ଆଗ୍ରହ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଓ ଏୟାର ଏସିଆକୁ ମିଶ୍ରଣ କରି ଏକକ ବିମାନ ସଂସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବାକୁ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଚାହୁଁଥିବା ବେଳେ Competition Commission of India (CCI)ର ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି ।

ବିମାନ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀ Air-Asia ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଭାରତରେ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଉଥିବା ବିମାନ ସଂସ୍ଥାଗୁଡିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସବୁଠୁ କମ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆଦୃତି ଲାଭ କରିଛି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଭାରତରେ ଟାଟା ସନ୍ସ ସଂସ୍ଥାର 83.67 ଅଂଶଧନ ସହ ପରିଚାଳନା ଦାୟିତ୍ବରେ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ 16.33 ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଏୟାର-ଏସିଆ ଇନଭେଷ୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ଲିମିଟେଡ (AAIL) ନିକଟରେ ରହିଛି ।

ତେବେ ଏୟାର ଏସିଆ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପ୍ରାଇଭେଟ ଲିମିଟେଡ(AAIL)ର ସମଗ୍ର ଅଂଶଧନ (ଇକ୍ୱିଟି ସେୟାର) ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ କରି କମ୍ପାନୀର ମାଲିକାନା ହାତେଇବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛି ଟାଟା ସନ୍ସ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ କିଣିଥିବା ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଓ ଏୟାର ଏସିଆକୁ ମିଶ୍ରଣ କରି ଏକକ ବିମାନ କମ୍ପାନୀ କରିବାକୁ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିସାରିଛି ।

ଅଗଷ୍ଟ 1953 ରେ ସରକାର ଜାତୀୟକରଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୂଳ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ଟାଟା ଠାରୁ ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ମାଲିକାନା ନେଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆର୍ଥିକ କ୍ଷତି କାରଣରୁ ଏହା ଦେବାଳିଆ ସଂସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ପୁନଃ ଗତବର୍ଷ 27 ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ରେ ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆକୁ ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲା ଟାଟା ସନ୍ସ ।
