ମେକ୍ସିକୋ: ନିଜ ପଦରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଲେ ଋଷ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦିମିତ୍ରୀ ମେଦଭେଦେବ। ସେ ନିଜର ସମସ୍ତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମଣ୍ଡଳ ସହ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବାରୁ ସରକାର ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଯାଇଛି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିଜ ଇସ୍ତଫା ପତ୍ର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁତିନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଋଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପୁତିନ ବୁଧବାର ନିଜ ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ସମ୍ବିଧାନରେ ଥିବା ଏକାଧିକ ସଂସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେବା କଥା କହିଥିଲେ । ଯାହା ପରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦିମିତ୍ରୀ ମେଦଭେଦେବ ନିଜ ପଦରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।
ମେଦଭେଦେଭଙ୍କୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ସେ 2012 ମସିହାରୁ ଋଷର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଥିବାବେଳେ, ସେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁତିନଙ୍କ ନିକଟତର ହୋଇ କାମ କରିଆସୁଥିଲେ । ଋଷର ଏକ ନ୍ୟୁଜ ଏଜେନ୍ସିର ସୂଚନାମୁତାବକ, ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପୁତିନ ମେଦଭେଦେବଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନେଇ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବା ସହ ସେ ନିଜ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମଣ୍ଡଳକୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ମତ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।
ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମେଦଭେଦେଭ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପୁତିନଙ୍କ ସହ ବୈଠକ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ସେ ଏକ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଦେଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଯେ "ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ସଂସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ଦେଇଥିବା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଶରେ ସମତୁଲ କ୍ଷମତାରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବ । ତେଣୁ ଏଭଳି ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ସରକାର ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି । ଆମେ ଏବେ ଆମର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଓ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବା ଦିଗରେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିବା ଦରକାର । ଏହାପରେ ଯାହା ବି ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବ, ତା’ର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ନେବେ "।
ତେବେ ନୂଆ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦାୟୀତ୍ବ ନେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପୁତିନ ଏବେ ମେଦଭେଦେଭଙ୍କୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି । କେବଳ ମେଦଭେଦେଭ ନୁହନ୍ତି, ତାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତ୍ରିମଣ୍ଡଳର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନୂଆ ସରକାର ଗଠନ ହେବା ଯାଏଁ ନିଜ ନିଜ ପଦବୀରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି ।

AMITA PANDA from INDIA crowned as Mrs.UNIVERSE 2019
Amita Panda won Mrs.INDIA GALAXY in July 2018 amongst 42 contestants from different states from all over India. She is a IT professional married to a cardiologist doctor.
In march 2019, she was crowned as Mrs.Central Asia Pacific Universe 2019 and started preparing for International pageant Mrs.Universe 2019 to be held in China in December.
During this period, she underwent rigorous trainings and groomings on various aspects of personality development, stage presence, social behaviour, ramp walk, skin care, makeup, mental balance, fitness, nutrition and self image through Vibrant Concepts. She prepared extensively for various rounds including presentations, talent, national costume. She also did multiple social activities and conducted workshops in slum areas in association with an NGO called Our Social Works, aiming at bringing awareness about hygiene, well being, reducing female foeticide, promoting women safety and gender equality.
Amita headed for china on 20th December. After various rounds and activities, The World Finals were held on 29th December, where 90 contestants from different parts of the world contested.
On the Grand Stage, Amita Panda was crowned Mrs.UNIVERSE 2019 III
This is the first time, an Indian woman reached this level in the history of this International Pageant. This glorious movement brings great sense of pride and honour to every Indian to see a fellow Indian reach such remarkable heights.
Amita was well applauded by everyone and is grateful for her win towards her National Directors and Mentors and her family for support. She aims to work with good brands for ramp and product shoots and will also continue with her social awareness activities to create awareness for hygiene and women safety in rural and slum areas.
Ginny Kapoor is The Chief Mentor and Director of Vibrant Concepts, who has groomed Amita and she is also National Director for Mrs.Universe pageant.
