ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲରେ ଧର୍ମଚକ୍ର ଦିବସର ଉଦଘାଟନ, ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଉଦବୋଧନ

ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ଆଜି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରୁ ଧର୍ମ ଚକ୍ର ଦିବସ ଭାବରେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଆଷାଢ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ଉତ୍ସବକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ଏକ ଭିଡିଓ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ପ୍ରଭୁ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷା ତଥା ତାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ଆଠଟି ମାର୍ଗ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ଆଜି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରୁ ଧର୍ମ ଚକ୍ର ଦିବସ ଭାବରେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଆଷାଢ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ଉତ୍ସବକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଂସ୍କୃତି ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ସହଭାଗିତାରେ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବୌଦ୍ଧ କନଫେଡେରେସନ୍ (ଆଇବିସି) ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଏକ ଭିଡିଓ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ପ୍ରଭୁ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷା ତଥା ତାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ଆଠଟି ମାର୍ଗ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆଷାଢ ପୁର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ଉପରେ ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଅଭିବାଦନ ଜଣାଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତାଙ୍କ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, "ଏହା ଗୁରୁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ନାମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣାଶୁଣା। ଆମ ଗୁରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବାର ଦିନ, ଯିଏ ଆମକୁ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସେହି ଆତ୍ମାରେ ଆମେ ଭଗବାନ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରୁଛୁ।"

ପ୍ରଭୁ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ଦୋହରାଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଧର୍ମ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଗରିବ, ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମ୍ମାନ ଏବଂ ଶାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଅହିଂସା ପ୍ରତି ସମ୍ମାନ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦିଏ। ଧର୍ମ ଚକ୍ର ଦିବସ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ବାରାଣାସୀ ନିକଟ ସାରନାଥରେ ରସିପାଟଣାର ହରିଣ ପାର୍କରେ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଥମ ପାଞ୍ଚଜଣ ଶିଷ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଥମ ଉପଦେଶ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଦିନ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଧର୍ମୀମାନେ ଧର୍ମ ଚକ୍ର ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଭାବରେ ପାଳନ କରିଥାନ୍ତି।

ଉଦଘାଟନୀ ସମାରୋହକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରହ୍ଲାଦ ପଟେଲ ଏବଂ କିରେନ ରିଜିଜୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମୋଙ୍ଗୋଲିଆ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ମଧ୍ୟ ପଢାଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ମୋଙ୍ଗୋଲିଆରେ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀ ଧରି ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ମୂଳର ଏକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ମନୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି କୋବିନ୍ଦଙ୍କୁ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଛି। କୋରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ପାଇଁ ସମଗ୍ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲରେ ପରିଚାଳିତ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ଦିବସରେ ପାଖାପାଖି 30 ଲକ୍ଷ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଭକ୍ତ ଯୋଡି ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି।
