मुबंई - गायक अदनान सामीने कोरोना व्हायरसच्या विरोधात सुरू असलेल्या मोहिमेसाठी आपली देणगी दिली आहे. महाराष्ट्र राज्याच्या मुख्यमंत्री निधीसाठी त्याने देणगी दिली. त्याने मुख्यमंत्री उध्व ठाकरे यांनी उचललेल्या दमदार पावलांचे समर्थन केले आहे. त्याने ट्विटरवर लिहिलंय, ''आपण सर्वांनी आपल्या क्षमतेनुसार देणगी दिली पाहिजे. मीदेखील या संकटामुळे जे अडचणीत सापडले आहेत अशांची मदत करीत आहे.'' त्याने आपल्या पोस्टमध्ये त्याने मुख्यमंत्री सहाय्यता निधीसाठी देणगी देण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे.

अदनान सामीच्या अगोदर अनेक सेलेब्रिटीजनी मुख्यमंत्री आणि पंतप्रधान निधीसाठी आपली देणगी दिली आहे. यामध्ये यात अक्षय कुमार, गुरू रंधावा, भूषण कुमार, कपिल शर्मा आणि वरुण धवन यांची नावे अग्रणी आहेत. सुपरस्टार शाहरुख आणि आमिर खानने अद्याप याबद्दल जाहीर केलेले नाही. मात्र सलमान खानने २५ हजार रोजंदारीवरील कामगारांसाठी मदतीची घोषणा केली आहे.
भारतात कोरोना व्हायरमुळे संक्रमित झालेल्यांची संख्या १००० च्या घरात पोहोचली आहे. १०१४ लोकांना व्हायरसची लागण झाली असून आतापर्यंत २७ लोकांचा प्राण गेलाय. यातून ९६ रुग्ण पूर्ण बरे झाले आहेत. कोराना व्हायरसची सर्वाधिक संख्या महाराष्ट्रात आहे.
