High Court Ordered RBI : बंदी घातलेल्या नोटा बदलून द्या; न्यायालयाचे आदेश

मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने बंदी असलेल्या नोटांसंदर्भात एक महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय दिला आहे. एका याचिकाकर्त्याच्या एक लाख 60 हजार रूपयांच्या जून्या नोटा बदलवून देण्याचे आदेश आरबीआयला दिले आहे. किशोर सोहोनी असे याचिकार्त्याचे नाव आहे.

मुंबई - मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने बंदी असलेल्या नोटांसंदर्भात एक महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय दिला आहे. एका याचिकाकर्त्याच्या एक लाख 60 हजार रूपयांच्या जून्या नोटा बदलवून देण्याचे आदेश आरबीआयला दिले आहे. किशोर सोहोनी असे याचिकार्त्याचे नाव आहे. सोहोनी यांना एका जुन्या फसवणुकीच्या प्रकरणात मार्च 2016 मध्ये कल्याण न्यायालयाच्या दंडाधिकाऱ्यांनी आरोपीला स्थानिक पीएसकडे 1.6 लाख रुपये जमा करण्याचे निर्देश दिले होते.
