सुशांतसिंह राजपूत आत्महत्या प्रकरणी सीबीआय तपास करणार - सर्वोच्च न्यायालय

सुशांतला आत्महत्येस प्रवृत्त केल्याप्रकरणी रिया चक्रवर्तीच्या विरोधात पाटण्यामध्ये तक्रार दाखल करण्यात आली होती. यासंदर्भात रियाने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचे दार ठोठावले. याच प्रकरणावर आज सुनावणी घेण्यात आली.

नवी दिल्ली - अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्तीने सुशांतसिंह राजपूत आत्महत्या प्रकरणात दाखल केलेल्या याचिकेवर आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी घेण्यात आली. यावेळी या प्रकरणाचा तपास सीबीआय करणार असल्याचे आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिले आहेत. तसेच सर्व पुरावे सीबीआयला देण्याचे आदेश मुंबई पोलिसांना देण्यात आले.

सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचा निकाल आणि प्रतिक्रिया -

• सुशांतला आता न्याय मिळणार आहे, असे बिहारचे आमदार आणि सुशांतचे नातेवाई निरजसिंह बबलू म्हणाले. तसेच त्यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालय आणि या प्रकरणात सहाय्य करणाऱ्या सर्वांचे आभार मानले.

• हा सुशांतच्या कुटुंबाचा विजय आहे. तसेच सुशांतच्या मृत्यू प्रकरणात आणखी तक्रार असेल त्याबाबत देखील सीबीआय तपास करणार असल्याचे आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिले आहे. तसेच सुशांत लवकरच न्याय मिळेल अशी आशा आहे, असे सुशांतचे वडिल के के सिंह यांचे वकील विकास सिंह म्हणाले.
