വെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ഡീസിനെതിരായ ടി20 പരമ്പരയിലെ തോല്‍വിക്ക് പിന്നാലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ക്യാപ്റ്റാന്‍ ഹാര്‍ദിക് പാണ്ഡ്യയ്‌ക്കും മാനേജ്‌മെന്‍റിനും എതിരെ തുറന്നടിച്ച് വെങ്കിടേഷ് പ്രസാദ്.

മുംബൈ: വെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ഡീസിനെതിരായ അഞ്ച് മത്സര ടി20 പരമ്പരയില്‍ 2-0ന് പിന്നിലായതിന് ശേഷം ശക്തമായ തിരിച്ചുവരവ് നടത്താന്‍ ഇന്ത്യയ്‌ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. മൂന്നും നാലും ടി20കളില്‍ ആധികാരിക വിജയം നേടി പരമ്പര 2-2 എന്ന നിലയിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാനും സംഘത്തിന് കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ നിര്‍ണായകമായ അഞ്ചാം ടി20യില്‍ തോല്‍വി വഴങ്ങിയതോടെ ഇന്ത്യയ്‌ക്ക് 2-3ന് പരമ്പരയും കൈവിടേണ്ടി വന്നു.

ബോളർക്ക് ബാറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനോ അതുപോലെ തന്നെ ബാറ്റര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് ബോള്‍ ചെയ്യാനോ കഴിയില്ല. എല്ലാത്തിനും യെസ് പറയുന്ന, ഇഷ്‌ടക്കാരായ കളിക്കാരെയല്ല ടീമിലെടുക്കേണ്ടത്. മികവിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തി എപ്പോഴും ടീമിന്‍റെ വിശാലമായ താല്‍പര്യത്തിനാണ് മുന്‍തൂക്കം നല്‍കേണ്ടത്"- വെങ്കിടേഷ് പ്രസാദ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

വെറും ശരാശിക്കാര്‍: "സമീപകാലത്തായി ലിമിറ്റഡ് ഓവര്‍ ക്രിക്കറ്റില്‍ ഇന്ത്യ വെറും ശരാശരി പ്രകടനമാണ് നടത്തുന്നത്. കുറച്ച് മാസങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പ് നടന്ന ടി20 ലോകകപ്പിന് പോലും യോഗ്യത നേടാന്‍ കഴിയാതിരുന്ന വെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ഡീസിനോടാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ തോറ്റിരിക്കുന്നത്. അടുത്തിടെ ബംഗ്ലാദേശിനെതിരായ ഏകദിന പരമ്പരയിലും ഇന്ത്യ തോല്‍വി വഴങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ പ്രസ്താവന ഇറക്കുന്നതിന് പകരം എന്തുകൊണ്ട് തോല്‍വി സംഭവിച്ചുവെന്ന് ഇനിയെങ്കിലും പരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്"- വെങ്കിടേഷ് പ്രസാദ് മറ്റൊരു ട്വീറ്റില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

പോരാട്ട വീര്യം നഷ്‌ടപ്പെട്ടു: "കഴിഞ്ഞ ടി20 ലോകകപ്പിന് മാത്രമല്ല, നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന ഏകദിന ലോകകപ്പിനും യോഗ്യത നേടുന്നതില്‍ വെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ഡീസ് പരാജയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ഇത്രയും മോശം പ്രകടനം നടത്തിയതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വിലയിരുത്തലുകള്‍ നടത്താതെ മുന്നോട്ട് പോവുന്നതില്‍ ശരിക്കും വേദനയുണ്ട്. വിജത്തിനായുള്ള ആ ദാഹമോ പോട്ട വീര്യമോ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ടീമില്‍ കാണാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. നമ്മളിപ്പോള്‍ ജീവിക്കുന്നത് മായികലോകത്താണ്"- ഒരു ആരാധകന്‍റെ പ്രതികരണത്തിന് മറുപടിയായും പ്രസാദ് എഴുതി.
