ನಿಗಮದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅರೆಸ್ಟ್ ವಾರೆಂಟ್ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಬಂಧಿಸಿಲ್ಲ: ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಡಿ.ರೂಪಾ ಗರಂ

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕರಕುಶಲ ನಿಗಮದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬೇಳೂರು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವರ್ತನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ನಿಗಮದ ಎಂಡಿ ಡಿ.ರೂಪಾ ಟ್ವೀಟ್​ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕರಕುಶಲ ನಿಗಮದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬೇಳೂರು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕುರಿತು ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನಿಗಮದ ಎಂಡಿ ಡಿ.ರೂಪಾ, ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನು ತರಾಟೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೇಳೂರು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸುಮಾರು 10-12 ಬಾರಿ ಅರೆಸ್ಟ್ ವಾರೆಂಟ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಆದೇಶ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ನಿಗಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ರೂಪಾ ದೂರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2019 ರಿಂದ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂಧನ ವಾರೆಂಟ್ ಇದೆ. ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ ಪಾಲನೆ ಆಗದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಐಪಿಸಿ ಕಲಂ 166, 166A, 1668 ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಹರು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೇಳೂರು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ: ಈ ಕುರಿತು ನಿಗಮದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬೇಳೂರು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಕೀಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೋರ್ಟ್​ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಡಿ. ರೂಪಾ ಅವರು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ತೇಜೋವಧೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
