ನಿನ್ನೆಯ ಪಂದ್ಯದ 18ನೇ ಓವರ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಪೈರ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ರನ್ ತೀರ್ಪು ಪಂದ್ಯದ ದಿಕ್ಕನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಓವರಿನ 3ನೇ ಎಸೆತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಗರ್​ವಾಲ್​ ಕವರ್ ಡ್ರೈವ್ ಕಡೆ ಚೆಂಡನ್ನು ಬಾರಿಸಿ 2 ರನ್ ಓಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಲೆಗ್-ಅಂಪೈರ್ ನಾನ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರೈಕ್​ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ ಜೋರ್ಡನ್ ಮೊದಲ ರನ್ ಪಡೆಯುವ ವೇಳೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ರನ್ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ರಿಪ್ಲೇನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋರ್ಡಾನ್​ ಕ್ರೀಸ್ ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು.
