ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರವಾದ ದೆಹಲಿ ಮಸೂದೆ... ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ದುಃಖದ ದಿನ ಎಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರಿ!

ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಿತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ( ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಮಸೂದೆ 2021 ರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ದೆಹಲಿ ಮಸೂದೆ ಇದೀಗ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ(ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಮಸೂದೆ 2021 ಅನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ಗಲಾಟೆ, ವಿರೋಧದ ನಡುವೆ ಕೂಡ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮಸೂದೆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೀತಿ-ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್​ ಗವರ್ನರ್​ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಈ ಮಸೂದೆಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್​ ಇದೀಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಟ್ವೀಟರ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಹೊರಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ದುಃಖದ ದಿನ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಮಸೂದೆಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ್​ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಕೂಡ ತೀವ್ರ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
