ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 9 ಮತ್ತು 10ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಜಿ - 20 ಔತಣಕೂಟದ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 'ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ' ಬದಲಿಗೆ 'ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಭಾರತ' ಎಂಬ ಮುದ್ರಣವು ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಅಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ರಚಿಸಿವೆ. ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಎಂದು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದರೆ, ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೂ ಮರು ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ದೆಹಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಅರವಿಂದ್ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್, 'ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಭಾರತ್' ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿ-20 ಔತಣಕೂಟದ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿ, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ನಾನು ಇಂತಹ ವದಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದು ಏಕೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ?, ಕೆಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಮುಂದೆ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಭಾರತ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅವರು (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ) ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂದು ಮರುನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಇದೊಂದು ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.

ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಹ ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಡೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್, ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮೈತ್ರಿಕೂಟದಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿಚಲಿತವಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ 'ಒಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಒಂದು ಚುನಾವಣೆ' ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನರ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಡೆಗೆ ಸೆಳೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು ಎಂದೂ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಎಂದರೆ ಭಾರತವೇ, ಹಠಾತ್ತನೆ ಏನಾಯಿತು? - ಮಮತಾ: ತೃಣಮೂಲ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳ ಸಿಎಂ ಮಮತಾ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ಜಿ, ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಎಂದರೆ ಭಾರತವೇ. ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಎಂದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕರೆಯಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನಲು ಹಠಾತ್ ಏನಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
'ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಭಾರತ' ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿ-20 ಔತಣಕೂಟದ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, 'ಇಂಡಿಯಾ' ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೆ. ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾದ ಜಿ-20 ಆಹ್ವಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ 'ಭಾರತ್' ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ್ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದೇನಿದೆ?, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಗತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಏನಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ ಮಮತಾ, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಬರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೂರ್ಖತನ ತೋರದಿರಲಿ - ತರೂರ್ ಸಲಹೆ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಂಸದ ಶಶಿ ತರೂರ್ ಭಾರತ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ದೇಶದ ಎರಡು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಎರಡು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಹೆಸರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಇಂಡಿಯಾವನ್ನು 'ಭಾರತ್' ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಶತಮಾನಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಲೆಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗದ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ 'ಇಂಡಿಯಾ' ಪದವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತ್ಯಜಿಸುವಷ್ಟು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮೂರ್ಖತನ ತೋರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಶಶಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಂದುವರೆದು ಅವರು, ನಾವು ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಪುನರಾವರ್ತಿತ ಹೆಸರು, ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವ ಬದಲು ಎರಡೂ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
