ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಂಡನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ತಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಾವು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮನೋಜ್ ಮುಕುಂದ್ ನರವನೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಲು ಹಲವು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸೂಚ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈವರೆಗೂ ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಿಪಿನ್ ರಾವತ್, ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೇಶದ ಪೂರ್ವ ವಲಯದ ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಂ.ಎಂ.ನರವನೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಸೇನೆಗಳಲ್ಲೊಂದಾದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ, ಸಿಡಿಎಸ್‌(ಚೀಫ್‌ ಆಫ್ ಡಿಫೆನ್ಸ್‌ ಸ್ಟಾಫ್‌) ಆಗಿ ಜನರಲ್ ಬಿಪಿನ್ ರಾವತ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
