'24x7 ಸೇವೆ'ಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ತು ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ...ಹೆಸರು ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಚಿಂತನೆ!

'ಮುಂಬೈ 24x7 ಸೇವೆ' ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಇದು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ಪದವಲ್ಲ. ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಅಶೋಕ್​ ಚವ್ಹಾಣ್​ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಮುಂಬೈ: ನಗರದ ನಿಗದಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ದಿನದ 24 ಗಂಟೆಯೂ ಬಾರ್​ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಲ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ 'ರಾತ್ರಿ ಜೀವನ'(ನೈಟ್​ ಲೈಫ್​) (ಮುಂಬೈ 24x7 ಸೇವೆ) ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಅಶೋಕ್​ ಚವ್ಹಾಣ್​ ಹೇಳಿದರು.​

'ಮುಂಬೈ 24x7 ಸೇವೆ' ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಜ.27ರಿಂದ ಬಾಂದ್ರಾ ಕುರ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಪ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಾರಿಮನ್​​ ವಸತಿ ರಹಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಲ್‌, ಮಲ್ಟಿಪ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್‌, ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಠಾಕ್ರೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು.

ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಶೋಕ್​ ಚವ್ಹಾಣ್​ ಇಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ 'ಮುಂಬೈ 24x7 ಸೇವೆ'ಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಹೆಸರು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಇಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಗರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಮಾಲ್​ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನದ 24 ಗಂಟೆಯೂ ತೆರೆಯಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ದಿನ ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ, ಅತೀ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ, ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ 24 ಗಂಟೆಯೂ ಮಾಲ್​ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹೇಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪೊಲೀಸ್​ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕೇ ಬೇಡವೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
