मुंबई: इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग 2022 में लगातार चार हार के बाद आखिरकार चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स को पहली जीत मिल गई. चेन्नई ने धमाकेदार अंदाज में बैंगलोर को हराया. चेन्नई की इस जीत में ऑलराउंडर शिवम दुबे का बहुत बड़ा योगदान रहा. बल्ले से उन्होंने इस बार जौहर दिखाए. दुबे की 95 रन की पारी के बदौलत ही चेन्नई ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए बड़ा स्कोर खड़ा किया. खैर, दुबे को मैन ऑफ द मैच भी चुना गया. इस अवार्ड के बाद दुबे ने भी अपनी खास प्रतिक्रिया दी.
रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलौर (आरसीबी) के खिलाफ मंगलवार को 23 रन से टीम की पहली जीत के बाद नाबाद 95 रन की पारी खेलने वाले बल्लेबाज शिवम दुबे ने बताया कि, जब वे मैच खेल रहे थे तो उनके मन में खेल के प्रति कोई भय नहीं था, जिस वजह से उन्होंने लंबी पारी खेली.

केकेआर के खिलाफ सीजन के शुरुआती मैच में दुबे केवल तीन रन बना सके और सीजन के चौथे मैच में सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद के खिलाफ फिर से तीन रन बनाए. बीच के मैचों में उन्होंने एलएसजी के खिलाफ 49 रन और पीबीकेएस के खिलाफ 57 रन बनाए थे.

दुबे और उथप्पा की 165 रनों की साझेदारी के साथ सीएसके की यह सीजन में पहली जीत थी. साझेदारी को लेकर दुबे ने कहा, मैं सिर्फ गेंद पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की कोशिश कर रहा था. क्योंकि बल्लेबाजी करते समय टीम के लिए बड़ा स्कोर बनाना मेरा लक्ष्य था. हमने वास्तव में अच्छी शुरुआत की, मैं उथप्पा के साथ साझेदारी का आनंद ले रहा था. उथप्पा ने दुबे की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने बाएं हाथ के बल्लेबाज को स्पिनरों को अच्छे से खेलने के लिए कहा था.
