जयपुर. महेंद्र सिंह धोनी. पिछले 1 साल से सुर्खियों में थे अपने खेल को लेकर नहीं बल्कि रिटायरमेंट अनाउंस कब करेंगे इसको लेकर. उनके कुछ डाईहार्ट फैंस को उम्मीद थी कि वो एक बार फिर से नीली जर्सी में दिखेंगे. लेकिन वर्ल्ड कप 2019 के बाद से ही धोनी ने अपने रिटायरमेंट का मन बना लिया था. सभी को पता था कि धोनी अब अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट खेलते नजर नहीं आएंगे.

15 अगस्त को जैसे ही धोनी ने इंस्टाग्राम स्टोरी में अपने संन्यास का एलान किया. दुनियाभर से क्रिकेटर्स, फैंस, बॉलीवुड एक्टर्स और राजनेताओं के रिएक्शन आने शुरू हो गए. किसी ने धोनी और रैना के साथ अपनी यादें साझा की तो किसी ने दोनों को फ्यूचर के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी.

राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने भी धोनी के रिटायरमेंट पर ट्वीट किया. सीएम गहलोत ने लिखा " धोनी हमारे सबसे उम्दा खिलाड़ी हैं, जो भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के सबसे सफल कप्तान भी रहे. उन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट से संन्यास का एलान कर दिया है, उनको मेरी शुभकामनाएं."
